As much as I love Hungry Girl, the truth of it really is that most of the recipes are good in theory, but never really turn out the way they are supposed to....in a watery when they are supposed to be creamy kind of way, but tonight things changed!!
Chocolate Chip Softies made very skinny with whole wheat flour, egg beaters, applesauce, and pumpkin.......sooooooooooo good. Josh even says(while eating his second softy) are these really skinny? Ha! Love it! Perfect for breakfast or a snack at only one point a piece. Just one secret....I may have put an extra tablespoon of chocolate chips...on accident!
